What we collect
Your application includes your email and answers: name, market, platform, broker, monitor count, experience and note. We store it with the submission date in Cloudflare D1 to review interest and contact selected applicants. Answers and addresses are unverified. We retain applications until the beta ends or you request deletion, and review whether we still need them.
We limit spam with counters using salted hashes of IP addresses and email addresses, without raw IP addresses in those counters. Daily cleanup normally removes expired counters within two days. Cleanup failures may delay deletion and need attention.
Our existing Mailcow server handles support email and replies. We keep correspondence as needed to answer and document your request. This launch sends no automated confirmation or invitation emails.
Our services
Cloudflare hosts the site and database, runs Turnstile spam checks and protects restricted admin access through Cloudflare Access. It processes network and security information, including IP addresses, to provide and protect these services. Admin authentication records and operational logs are restricted to authorized operators. Application logs avoid applicant answers, addresses, tokens and secrets.
When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance without analytics cookies, on public production pages only. We use no advertising analytics and do not sell applicant data. Fonts are served from this site. Cloudflare may process data globally, including in the United States.
Tester accounts, sign-in links, voting, feedback and downloads are deferred. This launch collects applications only. The website does not collect desktop trading data.
Your choices
Request a copy, correction or deletion of your application and support correspondence by emailing hello@onmars.trade from the address you applied with. We verify control of that mailbox and aim to complete requests within 30 days.
Deletion removes active records. Restricted database recovery history can retain earlier copies for the provider’s recovery window, currently seven days on D1 Free. We do not promise immediate erasure of recovery history. After a restore we reapply completed deletions before reopening access.
You must be at least 18 to apply. Tell us if a child submitted information so we can remove it. We update this page’s date when practices change and explain new beta services before enabling them.
