These terms govern onmars.trade, operated by Dance Passion Club, Inc. in the United States. By using the site or applying, you agree to these terms.
Applications
You must be at least 18. Provide accurate information and an email address you control. Applying expresses interest; it does not guarantee an invitation, release date, download or continued access. We select testers when the beta opens. Applying creates no account or automated invitation.
Practice and information
OnMars is pre-release software. Demonstrations describe paper trading with replayed data, not live execution. No real orders are sent and no real money moves through this site. Features may change or be removed.
We are not a broker or investment adviser. Content is product information and practice, not personalized investment advice. Paper results do not predict real results.
Fair use and ownership
Do not attack the site, submit spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with users. Do not submit trading credentials or third-party personal information in your application.
We retain ownership of OnMars, its design, code and branding. You retain ownership of information you submit. Applications are processed as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and contact
The site is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or an error-free preview. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Future tester services will have their terms explained before opening.
